10 ภาษากายที่นักพูดควรรู้



หลายคนอาจจะคิดว่า Presentation ที่ดีนั้นอยู่ที่ทักษะการพูดเป็นหลัก แต่จริงๆ แล้วภาษากายเป็นสิ่งสำคัญเท่าๆ กับภาษาพูดเลยทีเดียว 10 อย่างที่นักพูดทุกคนควรรู้ สรุปมาได้ดังนี้



1. ยืดอก มือและแขนเปิดกว้าง: เพิ่มความมั่นใจ เพราะท่ายืดอกตัวตรง

ทำให้หายใจได้สะดวกกว่า ทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายมากกว่า



2. ยิ้ม: ง่ายๆ แต่เป็นอาวุธสำคัญที่ทำให้ผู้ฟังผ่อนคลาย รู้สึกเป็นกันเองกับเรา



3. ใช้มือและแขนประกอบการเล่าเรื่อง มองตาผู้ฟัง: ทำให้ผู้ฟังตั้งใจฟังและอินไปกับเรา



4. ใจเย็น ไม่รีบร้อน: การไม่ลุกลี้ลุกลน ทำให้เราดูมั่นใจ น่าเชื่อถือ



5. เดิน: เช่น ถ้าพูด 3 ประเด็น ให้เดินเปลี่ยนจุดยืนเล็กน้อยเมื่อเปลี่ยนประเด็นจะทำให้คนฟังเข้าใจง่ายขึ้นว่าขึ้นประเด็นใหม่



6. อวัยวะสัมพันธ์: ใช้ให้หลากหลายและเหมาะสม ทั้งหัว แขน และมือ ควรให้เป็นธรรมชาติและสอดประสานกันเพื่อให้ผู้ฟังตั้งใจฟังสิ่งที่เราพูดไปจนจบ



7. ชี้นิ้ว: เพื่อให้ผู้ฟังตั้งใจฟังในสิ่งที่เรากำลังพูด ให้ชี้นิ้วพร้อมกับมองไปที่ presentation จะทำให้ผู้ฟังยังอยู่กับเรา (ดึงสมาธิผู้ฟังกลับมา)



8. ผ่อนคลาย: ทำท่าทางเปิดและผ่อนคลาย จะทำให้ผู้ฟังมีส่วนร่วมได้ง่ายขึ้น



9. จังหวะ: มีจังหวะหยุดและหายใจที่เหมาะสม ทำใหเราตอบคำถามได้ดีขึ้น (ได้คิด)



10. ท่าทาง: ใช้ท่าทางในเชิงบวก ได้แก่ การพยักหน้า ยืดอก มองตา ยิ้ม

Dear Gen.Prayuth Chan-Ocha,

Having written nothing but my name, surname and student number on the paper, I decided to submit it for the Civic Duty subject’s midterm exam.
I did not submit this blank paper to the exam scorers. On the contrary, I submitted this blank paper to you, Gen.Prayuth Chan-Ocha, the leader of Thailand’s junta.

This blank paper represents my sentiment of disapproval of the subject, which was forced into the curriculum of Thailand’s education system by your junta government.
The Civic Duty subject is nothing but a form of propaganda: it forces only one set of “true” values down the students’ throats, promotes intolerance towards criticisms against the government, and condemn free speech as unnecessary.

I clearly remember how one question in the exam denounced the anti-junta student activists who were arrested and jailed, stating that they are undermining Thai values.
I was paralyzed, unable to force myself to write pro-junta statements on the paper.
I couldn’t force myself to answer the question that insulted my friends that were held captive in jail for more than ten days.

Your junta government tries to become the dictator of morality by imposing the ‘12 values of Thai people’ to teach people rights and wrongs.
I wonder how such an unrighteous leader could consider himself as the holy bishop of the country, forcing students to unwillingly swallow those values of his.

I therefore refuse to take the exam on this propaganda subject in order to condemn the government’s effort to dictate the values of the society.
I strongly believe that I am not the only one who suffers from the agony of thoughts suppression even though I am the only one who stands to oppose this unjust subject.
The message of my civil disobedience is short and succinct:
“I do not accept the tyrannical dictator of morality”

My civil disobedience has been decided not impulsively, but rather carefully and conscientiously. I am therefore willing to fail this exam unconditionally. I respect my teachers who have been open-minded and willing to exchange opinions with me on several subjects. Hence, this act of mine is not to cause hatred and conflict, but to express my thoughts and disapproval of this propaganda subject.

I must confess that I initially thought of taking this exam normally, writing statements that are against my ideology in order to pass the exam. Nevertheless, I could not betray my own belief and the belief of those who had signed the petition in my campaign to oppose the junta-imposed '12 values of Thai people'. Finally, I decided to commit this act of civil disobedience, and write this statement in order to declare my thoughts and determination.

    We will have a Facebook event on Wednesday with a flyer for the action on the 27th. I will invite you, and that way you can invite everyone you know on Facebook and send the flyer to all of your networks.  We will create the flyer, so please do not make one. The event will be from 10-12 am at the consulate.

    We will also make all of the posters and banners ahead of time, and make extras so that everyone who shows up can have one. You do not need to make anything. We are organizing everything, and we would like you and everyone that you know to come and support.

    If you would like to bring something, please bring lots of water because it will be very hot outside for everyone.

Dear Friends of Human Rights

It has been confirmed by recent news announcements that the ruling Military regime in Thailand, in full cooperation with the Royal Thai Army, have forcibly repatriated 109 Uighur refugees back to China. We, Thai people living aboard, would like to convey our distress at this abhorrent behaviour, against all international norms, and hope you will realise that the ruling military Junta in Thailand are not representative of the views of the majority of the Thai people.

The leader of the current military regime in Thailand is Dictator Prayut Chan-o-cha, in a news conference on July 10 he confirmed that the 107 Uighur refugees had been repatriated and unbelievably excused this deportation by stating that they had to be removed before they "started breeding like animals". This is the caliber of person that the ruling military regime have imposed on the Thai people, a buffoon, lacking in basic intellect, with no respect or humanity towards his fellow man.

We would like to reiterate that we, Thai people living aboard, are not represented by the current ruling military regime and completely oppose the actions taken by the regime in forcibly repatriating the Uighur refugees. We would like to confirm our support for all peaceful protests that highlight the abuse of human rights by the ruling military junta, of which sadly this is only the latest example. The ruling military Junta in Thailand have no respect for Human rights or indeed the basic tenets of International Law.

Finally, we, Thai people living abroad, would like to stand with our international and Islamic friends, in condemning the Thai Military Government for their inhumanity towards the Uighur refugees and can only hope that the Chinese government respects the human rights of the repatriated Uighur refugees better than the Thai Military Government.
